Council 12769 Adopts Our Lady of Guadalupe Church!

Brother Knight Gerard Marra had asked me if council 12769 could help a church
in TX that is very poor. He met this priest, Father Gabriel, who was recently
assigned to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Tivoli TX on an airplane trip
back to NY. Gerard got to talking about the Knights of Columbus an father
talked about the state of this church which did not have a regular priest.
Gerard is not looking for monetary donations but if anyone can help with
the following he would mail everything out.
a- Vestments - completed by a brother knights who worked with the pastor
of St. Francis Church in Hoboken to obtain 10 different vestments. If anyone
has any additional vestments you can bring to a meeting and will be taken
and shipped. If Father does not need there are a couple of other churches/missions
in the area that he serves.
b- rosary & how to pray the rosary cards
c- altar candles
d- altar table coverings
e- water and wine cruets
f- finger basin
g- towels

Any item can be brought to a meeting and given to the Grand Knight,
As you can see Father Gabriel takes came of the three area churches/missions
so any help we can give him will be greatly appreciated.
